Portoline acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, embassies, and insurance companies. We do not own, operate, or control these third parties and are not responsible for their policies or decisions.

3. Visa Disclaimer
Portoline assists with document preparation and appointment scheduling but cannot influence or guarantee visa approvals. All applications follow official embassy or consulate procedures.

4. Payments & Refunds
All payments are final once a booking or service request is confirmed.
Because we deal directly with airlines, hotels, and insurance providers, all transactions are strictly non-refundable unless an ultra-emergency case applies (e.g., verified medical or death emergency). Even in such cases, refunds are not guaranteed and depend entirely on each third-party provider’s policy.

5. Cancellations & Modifications
If you request a change or cancellation, additional fees may apply. Airlines and hotels may charge separate penalties outside Portoline’s control.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy. Personal information such as names, contact details, and travel documents is used only to complete bookings and communicate with you.
We do not sell, rent, or share client data with unrelated third parties.
All records are stored securely and accessed only by authorized staff for operational purposes.
7. Cookies & Website Usage
Our website may use cookies for performance and analytics. By using our site, you consent to this usage.
8. Limitation of Liability
Portoline is not liable for losses, delays, or cancellations caused by airlines, hotels, embassies, or other external entities. Our role is to facilitate the process responsibility for execution lies with the service providers.

All services are provided under the laws and regulations of the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG). Any disputes will be handled under KRG legal jurisdiction.
